STARTERS
- Timbale of dressed crab,prawn and smoked salmon with lime mayonnaise and cucumber and avocado salad
- Smoked duck, watercress and piquant beetroot salad with apple balsamic vinaigrette.
- Goats cheese,caramelised onion and red pepper tartelette with rocket and olives
MAIN COURSES
- Kelly Bronze Roast turkey with chipolatas and cranberry stuffing,roast garlicky potatoes,
- Individual salmon fillet in buttery pastry with mace and stem ginger
- Butternut squash risotto with truffle oil and roast tomatoes
All the above served with a selection of seasonal vegetables: braised red cabbage with apple,petit pois a la Francaise and green beans or green salad if preferred.
DESSERTS
- Christmas pudding plate: homemade Christmas pud ice cream,little mince pies with brandy cream and mandarins in Cognac
